Ski the Vines! Head out on a XC Ski adventure through the vines,  beautifully blanketed in snow. Enjoy 4-different groomed XC Ski  loops around Shady Lane's iconic estate. 

Warm up with a hot bowl soup back at Shady Lane Winery. Also enjoy warm mulled wines and hot chocolate while cozying up to the fire.  MI Market will be providing warm soups to fill your bellies after all your hard work!  Round out your excursion with a tasting featuring their award winning wines and cider.  (Food/Drinks not included in XC Ski rental)

The 4 different XC Ski loops around Shady Lane's estate range from 1.5 to 3 miles on rolling terrain. Go at your own pace, maps are included and the trails are well marked and easy to follow.
This Rental Includes:
  • Rossignol XC ski, boot and pole rental
  • Trail map
  • 4 well marked groomed XC Ski trails on Shady Lane's iconic estate

Not included with snowshoe rental but available to purchase directly from Shady Lane Cellars:
  • Warm Soups and bread

PRICE PER GUEST :
$30 - Includes Rossignol XC package Rental  ​
Rentals are delivered to Shady Lane at 1:00 pm
and end around 4:30 pm
Want your skis sooner? - please pick them up from our shop 7 miles away. 
Event Tips:
  • Renters must be at Shady Lane at 1 pm for fitting
  • Please dress in warm layers (wool bases, wind/waterproof outer layers) and wear warm winter boots, gloves and hats.​​
  • If you ski all 4 trails, plan on skiing for a total of approx. 1.5 hours.
  • Tastings are not included and range $10-12 per person.
