Vine to Wine Snowshoe Tour

Scenic trail, fun wineries. Warm up with wine and soup overlooking the vineyards and the water: the perfect winter wine tour.
Join us for this truly unique winter wine country experience. Head out on a snowshoe adventure through the vines and between three distinct wineries while taking in the views and magical scenes of a winter wonderland! Led by one of our knowledgeable local guides, on this tour you will enjoy a casual snowshoe hike starting and stopping at our favorite wineries along the way. The private vineyard trail connects Suttons Bay Ciders, Ciccone Vineyards and BigLittle Wines.
Although the tour is a guided group tour, you'll have plenty of opportunity to go at your own pace with family and friends. Warm up with chili or soup, enjoying lunch over looking the Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking views from Suttons Bay Ciders while cozying up to the fire.
The hike is about 2.5 miles on rolling terrain. Our wine pickup service and friendly guides ensure that you are able to relax while adventuring with family and friends!

We will be offering on-site snowshoe rentals at the winery from 12 pm - 4 pm. This is your chance to take in the woods, orchards and vineyards at this iconic estate while beautifully blanketed in snow.
Explore the easy to moderate trails then warm up with a glass of mulled wine on the heated Terrace Patio.
New this year, the Hearth & Vine Café will be providing beef and bean chili, white chicken chili and a featured grilled sandwich to fill your bellies after all your hard work! Round out your excursion with a tasting featuring their award winning wines, ciders and spirits. This is your chance to take in the woods, orchards and vineyards on their iconic estate while beautifully blanketed in snow.
We will be offering this fun, adventurous event through winter beginning Christmas week, weather permitting. No reservations needed, just stop by during the available dates and times below!

Join TART Trails, Suttons Bay Bikes and Shady Lane Cellars for fun in the snow! Explore Shady Lane's first ever groomed trails on snowshoes, or cross country skis. Warm up and refuel after with chili and soup, wine (of course), hot chocolate and coffee. Come hungry and thirsty! All donations for chili and soup as well as a portion of wine sales go directly to support TART Trails.
Suttons Bay Bikes will be onsite renting snowshoes and XC Skis with special rental rates. Limited number of XC Skis available please call in advance to reserve your set. 231-421-6815
